Lily’s Supplies is committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday. Excluding weekends and Utah and US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be process the next business day.
- Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, if your order is received before 2:00 PM MST, depending on product availability. Orders after 2:00 PM MST will be processed next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, shipping method, and order weight.
- Shipping costs are determined by courier, not by Lily's Supplies.
- Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping option and destination.
- Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- International shipping may be available—please contact us for inquiries.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lily’s Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@lilyssupplies.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the carrier’s website.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
